Guest Policy.
We keep it simple. Respect the people around you, and everything else takes care of itself.
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence, or voter ID). International guests must present their passport. We reserve the right to deny check-in without valid ID.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — please WhatsApp us in advance. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out.
Mitra Hostel properties are for guests aged 18 to 35. Mitra Homes and Villa can accommodate families and guests of all ages with prior approval — please contact us before booking.
Mitra is a community space. We expect all guests to respect other guests, staff, and the property. Noise curfew applies in dormitories from 11:00 PM. No loud music or disruptive behaviour in sleeping areas. Visitors (non-guests) are not permitted in dormitory rooms.
Alcohol is permitted in common areas only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside each property. Guests found smoking in rooms will be asked to vacate.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, equipment, or facilities during their stay. Costs for damage will be recovered from the guest. Mitra is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during your stay — please use the lockers provided.
Mitra reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises if their behaviour negatively impacts other guests, staff, or the property. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights.
