We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness, helping you navigate the process with ease. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way.

Mitra General Policies

  • Age Requirement: All guests must be at least 18 years old to check in at Mitra Hostels.
  • Identification: Valid photo identification is mandatory at check-in, as per government regulations. Accepted IDs include Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter ID. PAN Cards and local IDs are not accepted.
  • Intended Audience: Mitra Hostels cater to solo travelers and young backpackers. Families are encouraged to consider alternative accommodations for a more suitable experience.
  • Advance Payments: Advance payments made during reservations are strictly non-refundable.
  • Prepayment Policy: Prepayment of the balance amount is required at check-in.
  • Guest Policy: Non-resident guests are not allowed in dorm rooms. Visitors can meet guests in designated common areas.
  • Group Bookings: For groups of 3-4 people, accommodation in the same dorm room is not guaranteed.
  • Seasonal Policies: Specific destinations may have unique policies during peak seasons or special times of the year.
  • Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
  • Pets: Outside pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the room rate and can be purchased at the property.
  • Behavioral Policy: If any guest’s behavior is deemed inappropriate by Mitra Hostels, action may be taken, including cancellation of the stay without refund, following an investigation of the incident.
  • Right to Admission: Mitra reserves the right to admission.
  • Booking-Specific Policies: Certain policies may vary and will be specified during the booking process.

Booking Extension Policy

  • Extensions are subject to room availability and are charged at the current room rates, which may differ from the original booking rates.

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payments made at the time of reservation are strictly non-refundable.
  • Prepayment of the remaining balance is mandatory at check-in.

Group Policy

  • If a group’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, the Property Manager retains the right to take necessary actions, including on-the-spot cancellation without refunds.
  • Mitra reserves the right to admission for group bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Standard Check-In: 1:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and the discretion of the property. Guests are welcome to relax in common areas during this time.
